Crash if subrepo is not yet pushed to server

If I try to push a repository containing subrepositories while the subrepositories have unpushed content I get a nice dialog showing I've to push the subrepo's first. If I then 'Open' the subrepo from the dialog and push the build I get a very nice (but emberassing) crash window.
