While creating a patch or diff file from uncommitted changes "No files selected" dialog shown.
steps:
1. click "Actions" -> "Create Patch..."
2. click "Create Patch" button.

Expected Result:
Patch or diff file should be created on the selected folder.

Note: This functionality works well in earlier version.
