Error installing SourceTree 1.6.11

      Getting error "Error writing to file C:\Program Files(x86)\Atlassian\SourceTree\tools\7za.exe".

      I was running 1.6.5 which I tried to upgrade. Got the error while upgrading the source tree. Then I tried manually installing the 1.6.11 but got the same error.

      Now even 1.6.5 is not getting installed on my Windows 7 laptop. Just to confirm if there is some stale connection I rebooted few times but even that didn't helped. Also I installed HipChat to ensure Windows Installer is not the culprit.
