At first, source tree appeared to be unable to detect changes in my code base. After several attempt to modify the code with no success.

Then I launch Git in terminal to manually commit (with no success to make source tree work properly detecting changes) and remove this specific code file from repo, commit and re-add, which seems to cause source tree crash at the Log/History pane.
