When clicking Create Patch or Discard and selecting files it will say:

Please select at least one file to patch|discard.

Making patches is next to impossible and discarding selectively can only be done right clicking from the commit window.

This has been in for months and getting ridiculous that this isn't fixed yet, this is be a blocker and picked up first.
