Add support for OpenSSH keys in addition to PuTTY keys

I already use git, and I already have it set up globally with an OpenSSH key (%HOME%\.ssh\id_rsa). It'd be much more convenient if SourceTree could use this key as-is, rather than forcing me to convert it to PuTTY format first.
