I have a directory mounted as a drive via the subst command. I try to install SourceTree to the default location (C:\Program Files...). After clicking "Install" and being asked for admin permissions, the installer pauses shortly, and a message pops up "Invalid Drive: E:\")
The mounted directory does not lie on the same HDD as C:, so it should not really interfere.
