Diff view: avoid vertical scrolling to perform horizontal scrolling

      Diff view with long lines sometimes is not very usable with large hunks, 'cause it is impossible to see all line without:
      1. scroll down to end of hunk
      2. scroll right;
      3. scroll up to insterested line.

      It will be probably better if diffview will have one horizontal scroll for all hunks.
