I have my own Git server with Gitolite installed. As it's known, the right uri to the repository is ssh://user@hostname/repository. SourceTree seems not working with such a structure and gives "This is not valid source path / URI" error. Console GIT takes the same URI without a problem, so, that's not a git configuration problem.
