Sometimes it is impossible to move the splitter on the File Status tab

      Sometimes it is impossible to move the splitter between the staging pane and the diff pane on the File Status view.

      It moves a few pixels when you start to drag and then jumps back to its original position and will not budge.

      Reisizing the split slightly between the File Status tab on the left and the staging pane seems to then allow the splitter to be moved.
