Unable to install 1.6.4 due to "Key not valid for use in specified state." error

    Description

      Hi Atlassian,

      SourceTree prompted me to upgrade when I opened it this morning to version 1.6.4. I said okay. The current version was uninstalled but the new version failed to install with the error "Key not valid for use in specified state.".

      I tried to download and install SourceTree again and I got the same error.

      This issue looks similar SRCTREEWIN-2055.
