SourceTree is usually wrong in the number count of push or pulls to do

      I've been so much used to this as this count has been wrong since forever, but finally a bug report.

      Almost always, SourceTree is off in the count of pushes or pulls required to make local up to date with remote.

      Both for Git and Mercurial.
