SourceTree by default stores configuration information in %LOCALAPPDATA% (defaults to C:\Users{username}\AppData\Local). This does not work for people who use roaming profiles like we do at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Every time a user starts SourceTree it asks them questions as if it were the first use. Please either use %APPDATA% (defaults to C:\Users{username}\AppData\Roaming) which is compatible, or allow the location to be configurable. Other groups are having the same issue but there doesn't seem to be a solution.
