a) I've moved some files in my folder
b) The deletion/creation of those files was displayed in the lower window (unstaged files)
c) I was clicking the checkboxes to stage the file moves when an unclosable dialog with an error got displayed

The button "fermer" (close) was not working, I had to kill SourceTree and restart it.
