Refresh does not work if Uncommitted Changes row is selected

(Also affects 1.6.3)

I have the "Refresh automatically when files change" option unchecked. When I have the "Uncommitted changes" row selected, and a particular file selected under Unstaged files, and I save some changes to that file in another program and then in SourceTree manually refresh by pressing F5 or going to View -> Refresh, the changes shown for the selected file do not update to reflect the newly saved version of the file.
