"Show Hosted Repositories" won't open dialog

      Windows 7 Professional 64bit

      When I go to "View > Show Hosted Repositories" and click "Show Hosted Repositories" nothing happens. I have tested this on a co-workers Mac and he is presented with a dialog to hook up his bitbucket account.
