I tried Atlassian Stash Auto-Merge Feature with several branches and after that operation SourceTree shows the tree in a wrong way.
There are merge lines missing and some lines are shown beyond the initial commit and goes to the right.

Eclipse Luna and gitk shows the repository in a correct way.
I've attached the repository and the view of mine as image of sourcetree and eclipse.
