When right-clicking a parent commit, the context menu has a blank line where the "Rebase children of xyz..." is normally displayed. Clicking on the blank line will still display the Interactive Rebase dialog and the rebase may be completed without errors. It is only the text that is missing form the menu.

This occurs on only 1 developer's workstation. All other developers on our team see the menu item as expected.
