Our SVN repository required specify Jira issue on each commit. So when I tried to create new Subversion branch I am failed with:

A repository hook failed: MERGE request failed on '/svn/test/': Commit blocked by pre-commit hook (exit code 1) with output:
Committer: XXXXX
Commit message: "Create branch test"
Commit rejected: No project accepts this commit. Project [*]: Commit message must contain at least one valid issue key.

Now I see only one workaround - specify the Issue key in the name of branch. But it isn't suitable for each case.
