Use ctrl+d shortcut for launch external merge tool when conflicted item is selected

      There is currently no shortcut set for "launch external merge tool". Rather than adding one, why not use the same shortcut as "launch external diff tool", ctrl+d, and decide which of the two is appropriate based on the currently selected item.

            We have Allowed 'Ctrl+D' as shortcut to launch external merge tool. It will be available in Sourcetree 3.4.23.

            Still would love to have this feature. I just had to merge 10+ files and the right click context menu resolve using external merge tool seems pretty unnecessary ... can't that action be bound to a double-click or ctrl+d?
