When large files are viewed in the diff viewer, the commit buttons are displayed below the file. On larger files this is displayed out of view.

It would be better I think if the buttons are displayed outside of the scrolled area.

I also find this quite annoying due to the need to scroll up to find the buttons when staging lines from large hunks.

Being able to right click on the selected lines and click 'stage lines' from a context menu would be a big help here. Another alternative might be to give stage lines/stage hunk buttons a keyboard shortcut.

I now realize that they are linked to a displayed 'hunk'.

Still it would be best if these buttons ware always in view.
Furthermore, what about providing the same choices in a right-click menu?
