Environment:
Windows-based, standalone version
Windows 7 Enterprise, SP1
JDE Info:
Java version "1.7.0_45"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_45-b18)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.45-b08, mixed mode)
Repro Steps
1. Create some working copy changes in a branch by editing a few files.
2. From the "Working Copy Changes" pane, click on the first file and then use "Ctrl+A" to select all files in the pane.
3. Now cause the pane to lose focus by clicking somewhere else (for example on a previous commit)
4. Switch back to the change from #2 above and note that all files are still selected. No matter what you do, you cannot de-select the files in this view.
The only workaround I've found is to exit and then restart SourceTree.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
A) When focus is lost, none of the files in the pane should be selected; or
B) If I click on a single file from among all selected files, it should become the only selected file, implicitly de-selecting all other files.
NOTE: This behavior is not a recent regression. I have been experiencing different flavors of this underlying bug for over a year.
NOTE 2: Behavior only affects the "Working Copy Changes" pane. It does not repro if any other row in the Graph/Description grid is selected.
