Discard Hunk/Discard Selected Lines changes CRLF to LF

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Commit file that has line endings as CRLF
      • Change any line in committed file
      • Discard Hunk or selected lines of the change.
      • Check for uncommitted changes (ensure ignore whitespace is off)
        Expected result: No changes detected in file
        Actual result: line endings for entire file have changed to LF only.

      This behavior is not exhibited when discarding the entire file.
