SourceTree won't reload global user info

      Git (version 1.9.0-preview20140217)(currently 2.7.4.windows.1)
      Oracle JDK 1.7 (currently 1.8)

      If I change my global username value in .gitconfig using any editor (not SourceTree), when I open Sourcetree I see the old values in the Tools->Options menu.
