I would like to provide the following feedback regarding the Jira interface.
When a project contains multiple parent and child tasks, users are currently required to expand each parent item individually to view all associated work items. This can be time-consuming and inefficient, particularly for projects with a large number of tasks.
Alternatively, when the "Show hierarchy" option is disabled, all tasks are displayed separately, making it difficult to view the relationships between parent and child tasks and reducing overall project visibility.
It would be highly beneficial to have an option that allows users to display all hierarchy levels by default, with the ability to save this preference as a board or view setting. This would improve usability, enhance project oversight, and help ensure a consistent viewing experience for all team members accessing the board.
