      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Add a new Java project repository to SourceTree (local or cloned from remote).
      2. Switch to or create a branch in the repository.
      3. Observe the left sidebar under "Branches" and "Remote" sections.
      4. Attempt to refresh the remote repository (using the "Fetch" or refresh button).

      Expected Behavior:

      • The currently checked-out branch should be clearly visible in the sidebar.
      • All local branches should appear under the "Branches" section.
      • Remote branches (under origin) should be visible and up-to-date after refresh.
      • New branches created locally or remotely should appear correctly.

      Actual Behavior:

      • No branches are displayed on the left side (neither local checked-out branches nor origin remote branches).
      • Refreshing the remote repository has no effect.
      • New branches do not appear under origin.
      • Unable to see or select the current branch through the UI.
