Repro steps:

1. Launch SourceTree `3.4.30`
2. Click "+" icon on tab bar to open New Tab page
3. Type some characters to search/filter the list of repos
4. Right click a repository and select "Rename", and/or press F2 while repository is highlighted.

Expected

Experience for renaming a repository is launched.

Actual

Absolutely nothing 😞

This only seems to happen if the list of repos is filtered by typing a few characters into the search box. I am able to Rename when in the full list, just not if the list is filtered.

I've tried closing and relaunching SourceTree but the behavior remains.
