Initial launch very slow

      Hello, SourceTree v3.4.30 (and many previous) take a really long time to launch when I have any open tabs. The slowness is from the antivirus our IT department has running that I cannot change.

      It would be wonderful if you could please push more initial git status commands to the background to allow the app to launch quicker.
