After my install upgraded to this version, my commit tree UI view no longer updates properly...

• If I add/delete a branch via command line then go back to SourceTree and hit F5, nothing updates.
• If I click the checkbox to "Show Remote Branches", nothing updates.
• If I try to change the dropdown from "All Branches" to "Current Branch" (or anything else) nothing updates.

The tree view only seems to reflect the right thing on startup. I must totally shut down SourceTree and restart it to get it to show the actual state of the world.

This is a major regression in one of the primary UI components of Source Tree.
