Description:
On August 19, I discovered that my shoes were missing from the women’s changing room. I was not present at the time, and upon returning, I noticed that they were no longer there.

After noticing the loss, I asked my manager to open a ticket so that the security staff could review the CCTV footage and identify who took the shoes. However, as far as I am aware, the security team ignored or failed to follow up on the request.

Request / Action Needed:
Please review this incident and check the security footage for the mentioned date to identify the responsible person. I would also like to know the procedure for such cases and whether it is possible to retrieve or be compensated for the lost items.
