Open Source Tree

Go to Tools -> Option -> Diff

Select an option (e.g. KDIFF)

Change Command to new location

Press OK

External Diff Works as normal per review a file

Close SourceTree application
Perform External Diff again, Diff fails to work.
Navigate back to settings, changed Command location has reverted back to it's own settings.
