SourceTree silently hangs after Windows 11 Update KB5064401

      I noticed that 3 latest versions of SourceTree silently hangs when you try to open git folder. I'll attach .log file in a second

      After some time I localized issue to recent "August 28, 2025-KB5064401 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2 and Microsoft server operating system version 24H2"

      When I uninstalled it SourceTree started to work
