Double-klick option for "External Difftool" or "Open File" does also affect "Open File" in context menu

      The added feature https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREEWIN-1469 does not only affect the double-click.

      When it is set to open the diff tool on double-click, it also has effect, when I want to open a file with context menu or with shortcut Shift+Ctrl+O. It also opens diff tool instead of the file in editor.
