Fail to connect to GitHub

      User attempted repeatedly to see the same failure (100% replicable, or never succeed). User tried on a different computer and this same problem is produced. User checked documentation and dicussions but no indication is available to resolve the issue. User made obervation to suspect logging in to GitHub is rooted from Sourcetree. Git command line and GitGUI do not show issues, they were both usable on the PC that exhibited this Sourcetree problem.

      With Sourcetree for Windows x64 Version 3.4.23 installed new on my computers, "Add an account" with GitHub using PAT always resulted in "Authentication failed". 

      After this has happened, go to Tools->Authentication, check parameter is always "Basic".
