Issue with Cloning (waitpid for git-remote-https failed: No child processes)

      We have users tried the following:

      • Running SourceTree as Admininstator
      • Uninstall and Reinstall of SourceTree
      • Reconfiguring Authentication settings (updating App Password)

    • All troubleshooting steps did not work and users are still having issues cloning via SourceTree.

      Our users have been seeing this issue when trying to clone a repo:

      error: waitpid for git-remote-https failed: No child processes
      fatal: remote transport reported error
      Completed with errors, see above.

      This seems to just be an issue with SourceTree as there is no issues when cloning via Git Bash. Please assist as this is blocking development work.
