Hello, SourceTree support,

I pretty much enjoy using the SourceTree for my daily git works and thanks for making such a good product!

Just one small problem that makes me uncomfortable is that resizing the pane by dragging the border doesn't work, if there is a vertical scroll bar on the right side of the commit detail pane.

I wasn't sure when this symptom happens, but luckily found how to reproduce it while writing this ticket.

Could you please investigate and fix it? It would be a great help. Thanks!
