As in the below screenshot, the buttons at the bottom of the Interactive Rebase panel are entirely inaccessible, and the panel cannot be scrolled to access those buttons. On a standard 1080p monitor with a taskbar, a maximized SourceTree window still does not provide access to those buttons as the available vertical space (with taskbar) is ~1040 pixels and the bottom bar requires at least 1080 vertical pixels to be visible/interactable.
