Taskbar shortcut not working

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install SourceTree Enterprise (Via Chocolatey)
      2. Browse to the installation location (C:\Program Files (x86)\Atlassian\Sourcetree Enterprise)
      3. Run SourceTree.exe
      4. In windows (10), right-click the SourceTree icon and select "Pin to Taskbar"
      5. Close SourceTree
      6. Open SourceTree

      7a. Windows error: The item 'SourceTree.exe" that this shortcut referes to has been change or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work property.
