Splash Screen and then nothing

      It looks like the latest version 3.4.18 is crashing on all of our developers machines

      I had installed version 3.4.12 and it is automatically updating to 3.4.18 which then crashes

      The fix is to either repair the application or uninstall completely. Nothing else works (clearing out folders does not fix this)
