Partial owner list available when trying to create public or private repository on account.

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no): no

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add an account
      2. Click on New Tab
      3. Click on Create option
      4. Set destination path and repository name
      5. Check the Create Repository On Account checkbox
      6. Select the Bitbucket account from Account dropdown. Owner dropdown list is populated automatically (Owner list display the workspaces)
      7. Login to Bitbucket and check the all workspaces that are accessible to user, Compare the Owners dropdown list items with the Bitbucket workspaces
      8. Sourcetree only display maximum 11 workspaces. Other workspaces are not available

      Expected Results

      All the workspaces should be available in the Owners dropdown.

      Actual Results

      The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

      only 11 workspaces are available in workspaces dropdown. 

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
