The Pull dialog should use a Radio-button when choosing Merge or Rebase

      It would be a nice usability improvement if the Pull dialog used a radio-button rather than check-boxes when choosing between a Merge and Rebase.

      Also, the first 3 check-boxes only make sense for a Merge, so maybe separate them out or disable them when a Merge is selected
