Can't Checkout a Remote Branch of a project

On this project each time I try to checkout  remote branch I get a fatal error.  The error is could not read password for "Myaccount at atlassian.org" no file or directory exists.  I have admin access to the repo
Tried the following steps

• Tried changing the Credentials between OAuth & Basic
  • Both Worked for viewing and accessing the repo but not checking out the remote branch
  • Created a new password authentication
• Reset computer
  • Min 12 times
• Reinstalled Sourcetree
  • Twice

Unsure what to do or how to continue trying to fix it.
