If I am working with multiple repos and there are uncommitted changes in a repo other than the current repo, these changes are not obvious.

Current behaviour: Click each tab in turn and click on File Status or History to see if there are unstaged or uncommitted changes.

Expected behaviour: Uncommitted changes in other repos are flagged with an icon in the tab to show it requires attention.
