SourceTree needs to allow grouping of sub-module tabs "under" (or with) the top-level repository

Our project has a top-level repo with 4 sub-modules.  I have two physical copies of the entire project on disk.  If I open "Top-Level-1" and "Top-Level-2", then open a submodule, this 3rd tab always appears rightmost.   If I then open the same submodule in the other "Top", my tab order is  Top-1, Top-2, sub-1, sub-2.

What I want is Top-1, Sub-1,   Top-2, Sub-2.   Yes, I can rearrange, but it would be swell if they'd just open in the proper order.  Better yet create a "folder" that lets me open a Top repo and all subs in one swell foop.  With in-order tabs.
