      Steps to reproduce the issue:

      1) SourceTree for Windows

      2) Open a repository

      3) From the top, click the Repository menu - click "View repository online"

      4) The default web browser opens

      5) The URL is wrong

      Instead of opening

      https://<MyDomain>/<Repository>

      it opens:

      https://https//<MyDomain>/<Repository>
