We have multiple users who need Source tree installing, Run the install and all we get is a flash or the sorcetree logo and a desktop shortcut that does not work, Just flashes up

We have tried removing all the sorcetree and Atlassian files from %localadppdata% and reinstalling and no luck, we have also restarted services (Windows management instrumentation) and clearing the repository, This is not a PC/laptop issue as we have multiple installs to do and all having this issue, Myself included
