Cannot Clone Repo

Description

NB - I have already worked with github support on this issue and they're unable to resolve it. I've been able to clone this repo in the past, issue began upon replacing a faulty drive and re-installing Windows. I can clone any of my companies other repos using https except this one (using ssh is not an option).

Hi, I'm getting the following error when trying to clone the a particular Repo from work:

I've tried increasing the buffer, disabling compression, shallow clone at depth 1, and reinstalling git/sourcetree. Its just this one particular repo Im having issues with, other repos are cloning fine. Can you advise please?
