SourceTree constantly displays login pop-up when user attempts to perform an operation

      Two of our SourceTree users are continually being prompted to enter their login credentials when attempting to pull data from the central repository. Consequently, they can't move forward with their work.

       

      Note that SourceTree is installed on a virtual machine. 

      GIT version  is 2.36.0
