Source closes itself whenever trying to add new account or clone new repository

Any new members are unable to checkout branches in their sourcetree. When they go to Bitbucket and checkout in sourcetree, it takes them to the app, shows a loading screen, and, then autocloses the application.

Existing old members in checked-out branches are able to push and pull, but if they try to check out a new one, that auto closes as well.
