It appears that SourceTree 3.4.7 comes bundled with Pageant 0.70, but the released Putty version of Pageant is 0.76 at this time. The difference in the two causes the keys to be lost and an error message to be displayed when pushing to the server. Replacing the SourceTree/tools/putty files with the latest from the release Putty fixes this issue.
